Simply start with adding a small amount of OC Raw Dog Freeze Dried food to any diet and slowly start adding more while decreasing the old food until you are feeding 100% OC Raw Dog. This process can take days or weeks depending on the sensitivity of the dog's digestive system. The chart below is a general feeding guideline for reconstituted food:To reconstitute one (1) ounce of freeze dried food, add two (2) ounces of water. The texture slowly changes from soupy back to its natural state like the frozen version as it sits. If your pet prefers complete re-hydration, let it sit overnight in your refrigerator. Please NoteFor maximum freshness, we recommend you store the food in the bag and keep it sealed when not in use. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry space. We recommend you store the food separate from ready-to-eat foods and always wash your hands, bowls and handling surfaces with hot soapy water after use. If the food is not completely consumed within 2 hours, you may store it in the refrigerator until the next feeding, after 24 hours discard any leftovers.
