KOHE PETS will deliver islandwide in Singapore. All packages will be delivered by our own service vechiles. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you to contact us to discuss your needs to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

Satisfaction Guarantee 10-Day Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased, and the item is in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, including parts and accessories, let us know and you may return it within 10 days of the receipt of purchase! Simply call us at (65) 6243 6200 to pick up the return item. When returning the item, you should include a copy of your original invoice, and a note on the packaging slip explaining why you decided to return our product so that we can continue to improve our service.


Damaged, Defective and Wrong Item Sent Return Policy:
If returning a Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent, customers must contact us by phone or email within 2 days of the receipt of purchase so that we can explain the proper handling of the merchandise for returns and exchanges. A replacement item will be shipped to you upon contacting customer service. We guarantee all of our products against Defects and Damages, and will work within our manufacturer's warranty policies.

 

REPACKING OF DRY FOOD


 

As an extra service to our customers, we are doing a free service of repacking the dry pet food. But please take into consideration that the sealer and plastic bags we use are in highest quality and hygiene, but afterall it is still not as perfect as the original packing from the manufacturer, and still may have risks. If customer still decide to have us repack the pet food, please indicate in the Special Request box during Check Out. Original package will be delivered along with the repacked dry food. Please check the food carefully when receiving the delivery. Once delivery was made, repacked dry food cannot be returned or be exchanged.
